ゴルフスイングは肩をしっかり回す事。左手の練習 [スイング理論]
地味なので、アマチュアゴルファーがやらない左手だけで打つ練習ですが、慣れてくると気づきが多くとてもお勧めな練習方法です。左手だけで打ち続けていると、ある程度片手だけでも飛ぶ事が分かります。また、もう１つ大事な事がわかります。
それは、飛ぶからといって、左腕に力を入れて振り回してもシャンクするだけという事です。

何となく、練習で早く成果を出したい気持ちが出てくると、腕力に任せて打とうとしてしまいます。ゆっくりしっかり打ち抜く感覚に意識を集中してみてください。
ただし、左手だけで打っていても、右手を添えた途端に崩れたりもします。
理由は簡単で、右手を使う事で更に飛ばそうと思うからです。
そんな事をしなくても、不思議と体は飛ばそうとするので、意識はしてはダメです。
手を使おうとすると肩が回らなくなります。回らなくなると、クラブの軌道がぶれた状態なので、それによってミスが生じます。
あくまでも右手は添えるだけ。
