左肩を回すという事。左手だけで打つ練習を経て [スイング理論]
左手だけで打つ練習は結構難しくて、慣れない間はパターのふり幅くらいが限度。
しかも当たらない。
それが少しずつ慣れてくると、ボールもそこそこ飛ぶようになり、
左手というか、左肩を90度回す練習に結果としてなります。
おそらく、いわゆる打ちっ放しとかでやるゴルフボールを打つ練習では、皆さん肩を回しているようで回せていない事には、気がつかないんだろうな…多分。

体の柔軟性の問題なのか、そもそも勢いづけたいからなのか、練習場で見かける人のスイングを見ていると、ゴルフクラブを適度なところで上体を起こしながら腕で持ち上げただけになっています。
ゴルフの先生から、肩が回っていないと指摘を受けたものの、普通に両手でクラブを握って打つだけでは、自分がどこまで肩を回す事ができるのか、なかなか感覚が掴みきれていなかったんですよね。
結果として、左手だけ練習を徹底した事で、テークバックで左肩を回すだけで綺麗なトップスイングがらでき、そのまま下ろしてナイスショットでした。
今までは、勢いをつけたいためか、トップ手前あたりから更に腕でで頭上に持ってきていたため、トップが暴れるんですよね。
結果として体が起きたりとかスイングの動作が安定しないから、ダウンでダフリ、トップが改善されないわけです。
左肩を回すことができるようになると、変な体の動きを抑えることができるのでショットが安定します。ずっとこれだけを練習する必要はありませんが、8番アイアンで50ヤードくらい飛ばせるようになるとかなりショットが安定してきます。ただし、さらに勢いをつけよう！と思わなければの話ですが。
